With over 16 years of experience in auditing and internal control, Diego Nascimento is recognized for his expertise in international, Brazilian, and North American publicly traded companies. He is a member of the IBGC – Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance – and a member of the audit technical committee of CRC-BA. Diego has a solid background in ERP system implementation, development of internal control policies, and risk management, with participation in significant processes such as IPOs on the New York Stock Exchange. His knowledge spans various sectors, including Agribusiness, Retail, and Construction. Diego holds technical certification as a professional and accounting auditor for publicly traded companies in Brazil. Throughout his career, Diego has participated in the audit and review of dozens of financial statements of large companies, based in Brazil and countries such as Argentina, Canada, the United States, Mexico, China, and European countries.

José Neto is a professional with 9 years of experience in auditing and financial management, with a diverse portfolio that includes technology, oil and gas, education, cinema, mining, among other industries. He specializes in the implementation of internal controls and risk management, managing strategic projects for operational optimization and compliance with local and international standards, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). José holds technical certification as a professional and accounting auditor, consolidating his expertise in the field. Throughout his career, he has participated in the audit and review of dozens of financial statements of large companies, based in Brazil and countries such as Canada, the United States, Mexico, England, and China.
